Description :  
Restarter is a powerful and immersive restart management script designed specifically for RedM. Whether you're using manual commands or automated restarts via txAdmin, this script gives you full control and provides an unmatched in-game experience for your players.

Features : 
Use /startrestart to initiate a custom server restart countdown. Cancel it at any time using /cancelrestart. Automatically detects txAdmin's scheduled restarts. Syncs seamlessly with txAdmin – if the auto-restart is canceled, the script cancels the in-game countdown too.

Displays a clean, in-game countdown so all players are aware of the upcoming restart.

In the final minute before restart, players are immersed in a cinematic animation with thunderstorms, lightning, and strikes, building tension and immersion.
